The hotel had comfortable rooms, but there were some issues like an already opened still water bottle and a malfunctioning phone. Additionally, unexpected charges for items not ordered or purchased at Acqua were a downside. The service varied from eating out of the same glove used for food preparation to exceptional warmth and efficiency in other areas.

The hotel is perfectly situated just 10 meters from the beach in the lagoon wing, offering an unreal location day and night with stunning views across the calm, blue coral sea. Despite some issues with cleanliness in the rooms and a few service mishaps, the overall experience was lovely with plenty of nearby dining choices.

The premium King beach access room just 10m from the beach in the lagoon wing was spectacular. The bed was extremely comfy, but the room could've been a little cleaner. Unfortunately, we were charged for numerous items we never ordered at Acqua.
